While this section appears to be lengthy, our objective is to define "normal" expectations
so that everyone enjoys the atmosphere and environment at Sanctuary Salon.

Appointments
Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure your services run as smoothly as possible. New client appointments require a valid credit card to secure your reservation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Appointments
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are subject to a full service charge.

Cell Phones and Pagers
Our goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere so that you may enjoy our services. Please put cell phones on vibrate or turn them off while visiting the salon. You are welcome to use your cell phone in the reception area.

Children
For their own safety, children under the age of 10 require adult supervision at all times.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of services unless specified. If you are satisfied with your service, a 15% to 20% tip is customary. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right! Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.

Professional Retail Policy
We guarantee all products up to eight weeks from date of purchase. All returns must be made within two weeks from date of purchase to receive a full refund. Returns made within after two weeks from date of purchase will receive a store credit only.

Payment
Sanctuary Salon proudly accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Santa Clara University (SCU) Access Card. Valid I.D. required. Please note that there is a $15 fee for any returned checks.

Parties and corporate groups are always welcome
For the best service, schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure all specific requests and needs are accommodated. To inquire about rental facilities, please call (408) 247-7785.
